Vance’s Postcards

Tasked with bringing local artist Barry Vance’s beautiful landscape paintings to life through a series of holiday postcards, I worked closely with Vance to represent a look and feel he has been honing in his art for decades. The black and white border, the high-res scans, and the colors of each postcard were selected carefully to match Vance’s vision and personal artist brand.

Armed with Vance’s sketches and postcard samples, I traced down the perfect colors, type, and paper before printing the set of three cards. I then went the extra mile to package and photograph the cards myself, so I could be sure to deliver a final product I was proud to have taken part in making.
